broken teleporter in The Scar? - Guild Wars Forums

These two teleporters in The Scar do not work for me. Is this a bug, or is it intended, or am I missing something? The 4 "lights" that you activate to turn the teleporter on aren't there.

im having the excact same problem, and looking at how many people have viewed this im sure others are too.
i personally want to get the the wreckage becuase im curious as hell. my theory is that it has to be done with either multiple people, or you use one of the giant caves.

with multiple people what might happen is when you step on the broken one, lights at other portal locations light up. the other people have to activate them to get the main one working.

there is a cave that is usually seen in other areas with sand giants near them. there are many of these in the arid sea. the one in the scar seems to be a bit deeper than the rest of them, it might be a teleportal of is own.

in any event, ive been trying to get to it solo for a while now with no luck, same goes for my quest to use the ancient weapon.
